The Job Helpers was born out of a real challenge. Our founder, Chui, realized that qualified, talented professionals often struggle to secure interviews simply because their resumes fail to pass automated filters or capture recruiter attention.

With over 93.7% of US employers using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), up to 75% of resumes are filtered out before a human recruiter ever sees them. Today, our mission is to eliminate that hurdle. By providing keyword-optimized, professionally structured resumes and 360-degree career coaching, we help candidates succeed.

Founder & President

Sixteen years ago, Chui traveled from Sri Lanka to the United States with only two suitcases. After going through the grueling experience of job hunting and navigating the complex hiring market himself, he founded The Job Helpers to assist job seekers in landing interviews faster. He has successfully coached over 15,000 clients to advance their careers.
