1. Guarantee of Job Interviews

The Job Helpers proudly offers our clients a dynamic edge in their job search endeavors, promising 4 job interviews for every 10 applications submitted with our expertly crafted documents. To qualify for this guarantee, clients are required to comply with several stipulations:

  1. Alignment with Experience and Seniority: Applications should be targeted towards roles that are consistent with the client’s professional experience and seniority level. For instance, applications for project management positions by individuals with a sales background but lacking project management experience will not be eligible under our guarantee. Additionally, roles requiring a degree of experience significantly beyond the client’s or transitioning into a new career without the pertinent educational qualifications and 3-5 years of related experience, will not qualify for our guarantee.
  2. Compliance with Educational and Certification Prerequisites: The roles applied for must not specify educational or certification prerequisites that the client does not possess. For instance, applications for jobs requiring the PMP certification by clients without said certification will not meet the guarantee criteria.
  3. Geographical Considerations: Job applications should be for positions located in the client's current geographical area, unless the positions are fully remote. Applications for hybrid roles with office locations in a different city or state from the client's residence will not be covered by the guarantee. For example, a client residing in Los Angeles applying for a hybrid position with an office in Chicago will be excluded from this guarantee.
  4. Application Timeliness: It is imperative that applications are submitted for positions posted online within the preceding 2-3 days, ensuring inclusion in the early applicant pool, which significantly increases the chances of a response.
  5. Keyword Optimization in Documents: The Job Helpers reserves the right to incorporate strategically selected keywords throughout resumes, cover letters, and related application materials. These keywords will be embedded within documents to optimize their performance within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Clients acknowledge and consent to such keyword usage upon purchasing The Job Helpers services.
  6. Resume Integrity and Adherence to Original Format: Clients should refrain from altering the document's core structure or format, including, but not limited to:
    • Modifying titles of section headers
    • Adjusting the sequence of sections
    • Eliminating specific sections
    • Altering font types and colors
    • Incorporating graphs, photos, and tables
    • Transforming the layout into a double-column format
Significant deviations from the provided resume format or content will invalidate the guarantee.
  7. Waiting Period for Responses: Clients are advised to allow a period of up to 3-4 weeks for responses from recruiters, considering the common timeframe required to review applications received within the initial 2-3 days post-job posting.

Scope of Interviews Under Guarantee

Our guarantee of “4 interviews for every 10 applications” explicitly includes various forms of “interviews,” which shall encompass any formal engagement initiated by a potential employer, including, but not limited to: in-person meetings, video calls, phone screenings, preliminary recruiter interactions, and any form of structured candidate evaluation initiated by an employer.

2. Qualification for Resume Reworking

The Job Helpers strives to do our best in our capacity to guarantee 4 interviews for every 10 applications you submit. So, if you don’t receive a minimum of 4 interviews out of 10 job applications, we will rewrite your resume up to 5 times a month for up to 90 days, free of charge.

For this reworking concession to happen, you should notify us in writing within 60 days of receiving your final copies with:

  1. Rejection emails from 10 applied positions, OR
  2. Acknowledgment emails from 10 applications that did not proceed to responses, OR
  3. A blend of the two totaling 10 job applications, AND
  4. 3 rejections of your application, together with 3 new positions you may wish to apply for, with the new content (or 4-5 job listings targeted for application post-resume reworking).

Note: Failure to reach out within the designated 60-day timeframe or to provide the requisite documentation will result in forfeiture of the guarantee. Reviews or feedback from third parties are not acceptable as proof. The Job Helpers writing team may solicit examples of metrics-based achievements to enhance the resume. Non-compliance with such requests may halt further resume reworking efforts.

Please note that you will not be eligible for this concession if the content or the format provided to you in our final documents has been altered, changed, removed, or fabricated at the point of submission.

3. Job Applications Services

By purchasing, or otherwise engaging with our Job Applications Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your access to and use of the service, outlining the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of both parties.

  1. Scope of Services & Application Cap: The Job Helpers provides a structured job search and application service aimed at streamlining the application process and increasing interview volume. Under our core application packages, The Job Helpers will source and submit up to 150 tailored job applications targeting your agreed-upon target criteria (title, location, salary range, and industry) to achieve the stipulated interview target (e.g., 15 interviews).
  2. Extended Application Support & Client Sourcing Policy: If a Client reaches the baseline of 150 submitted job applications without securing the target interview threshold (e.g., 15 interviews), The Job Helpers will continue to apply to additional job openings on the Client's behalf at no extra service charge, subject to the following mandatory condition:The Client agrees to actively participate by sourcing target job listings directly and submitting the job URLs to The Job Helpers team for application execution. Because job seekers possess unique domain knowledge of their personal target companies and niche roles, client-assisted sourcing ensures maximum relevance for ongoing applications. Continued application submissions post-150 applications are contingent upon the Client providing sourced job listings.
  3. Thorough Onboarding and Personalized Setup: Clients begin with a structured onboarding process, including an Introductory Call and an Intake Call to gather all pertinent information (CQFO, JSP forms, references, target titles, locations, and salary expectations). Based on a customer-centric analysis, The Job Helpers may recommend potential job titles, industries, and companies aligned with the Client’s background and goals. Each Client will also be provided with a dedicated managed email account and a real-time job tracking dashboard account to centralize job applications and responses.
  4. Weekly Curated Job Suggestions & Approvals: Each week, The Job Helpers will curate and suggest new job opportunities tailored to the Client’s specific criteria. Clients review and approve curated job suggestions on their assigned review day before applications are customized and submitted. Clients may also submit self-sourced job listings at any point to be incorporated into the application queue.
  5. Real-Time Progress Tracking Dashboard: The Job Helpers provides Clients with real-time visibility into the status of every submitted application via an online Job Tracking Dashboard. Clients can inspect which roles have been applied to, track employer confirmation emails, and monitor responses in real time, eliminating guesswork.
  6. Dedicated Client Assigned Day: The Job Helpers assigns each Client a specific business day every week to review new job suggestions. During this assigned day, Clients provide approval, feedback, or direction on curated job opportunities to maintain momentum.
  7. Multiple Resume Versions and Monthly Rewrites: Depending on the selected service level, Clients receive custom resume and cover letter versions tailored to targeted job clusters. We continuously refine content and keywords based on market response and recruiter feedback.
  8. Flexible Pauses and Service Extensions: Clients may pause services for up to two weeks due to personal or professional circumstances without forfeiting remaining service capacity. Extensions beyond two weeks are subject to package terms.
  9. Third-Party Job Application Links: The Job Helpers provides job recommendations via our dashboard. While we strive to recommend reputable and suitable job opportunities, we cannot guarantee the security or reliability of third-party websites accessed through these job postings. Clients assume standard risks associated with third-party web platforms.
  10. Shared Managed Personal Email Accounts (Google/Microsoft): To facilitate transparent tracking and response monitoring, The Job Helpers creates managed personal email accounts (e.g. via Gmail or Outlook) accessible jointly by the Client and our application team. Both parties maintain full real-time access to observe application confirmations, recruiter responses, interview requests, and rejection notices. Clients must follow standard provider security guidelines:

Exclusive Remedy: Suppose a breach of terms occurs by the company, its affiliates, or agents. In that case, the Client/User has to accept that the best and most prudent remedy for such breaches could be the company's discretionary powers based on goodwill. In this, the remedies available would be:

  1. Reworked/replacement of relevant sections or all of the documents that caused damages to a User/Client with 5 edits, or
  2. A refund of the amount you paid to the company considering The Job Helpers' inability to provide the services undertaken.

8. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

The policy of The Job Helpers is to carry out its services with no disputes as it values the Organization‘s goodwill above everything else. Most problems encountered can be resolved quickly and to the Client/User’s satisfaction by contacting us at info@thejobhelpers.com.

In case of a dispute, the best way to solve it could be through negotiations/arbitration. We always prefer this method vs. the courts or small claims courts, and the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of arbitration. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and when the two parties agree to arbitrate, they waive the right to a judge or a jury.

Pre-Arbitration Claim Resolution: When a client has a dispute with The Job Helpers, the client could take this up officially before declaring intention to arbitrate by sending a notice to info@thejobhelpers.com containing: (1) Client's name, (2) Client's address, telephone number, and email, (3) A description of the claim, and (4) A description of the relief expected. If The Job Helpers takes no steps to resolve the dispute within 45 days, the noticer is free to choose the arbitration process.

Arbitration Procedures: Either party may initiate arbitration proceedings. The American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) are acknowledged to arbitrate all disputes. Class action procedures or practices will not apply to an arbitration under any circumstances.

Arbitration Costs and Legal Fees: In the event of arbitration or litigation arising from disputes concerning this Agreement or the use of The Job Helpers services, if The Job Helpers prevails, The Job Helpers shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and arbitration costs incurred from the Client/User.
